Man I am pooped. I got up at 7ish and did CardioX. Man I love that workout :) I feel so much more limber when I am done. Then I went to work and spent 5 hours shampooing carpets. So glad to be home with day light left, but I am too tired to enjoy it.
Today's weigh in was disappointing too: 182.3 Back to what I was two weeks ago :/ I am hoping it is water retention and the small rise before the fall. Probably I need to actually count my calories. More than likely I am sneaking in too many snacks like crackers, and I doubt my exercise calories are accurate either.
