Definitely headed in the wrong direction. Glad I didn't put any $$ into the pot after all :p I really should start taking measurements today and track that as well because that is where the big changes will show themselves I think. On the flip side, I haven't been doing as much cardio over the last week either as I focused on the exercise videos that are great for strengthening muscles but not so much for calorie usage.
Yesterday I felt like being more productive around the house so I cleaned instead of exercising. I don't know if I had more energy because I didn't spend an hour on the treadmill or because I had a 'to-do' list I was working off of. Perhaps a little bit of both. Today I just want to crawl back in bed and sleep.....

I was just looking through my previous posts and saw the entry from Jan 3rd. It said I would weigh 176.8 in 5 weeks if I continued to maintain that eating habit. What do you know. It was right. Kind of. I have been in that 176 range the last 3 weeks. I've been eating all my calories and here I am. I have had a few over days, but not many in the big picture. At this point the MFP says that I will be around 171-172 in 5 weeks if I continue my eating/exercise habits. So, we will see at the beginning of March what my weight looks like.
