Southwestern Chicken Soup LT02, 262, 3 pts before chips & cheese
Made on Feb 2nd. YUM!! Once you add the chips and cheese, this soup tastes very similar to Houlihan's Chicken Tortilla Soup. The cayenne pepper creates too much bite for my boys, so next time I'd probably cut it.
