I know I haven't been good about updates this last week, but I have been faithful in my exercising. In fact, Wed's run was amazing! I only ran with my buddy on Monday so around the neighborhood I went the other two days. I think I hit 6 mph intervals - certainly on the last run. Friday I was slow and sluggish but I did it.
Tues I was pressed for time, and I remembered I had a video link in my email for a 20 min cardio blast. I decided to give it a try. I ended up being so muscle sore in my arms and back that I decided to do it again on Thurs. Wow what a workout!! And right in my trouble spots - the triceps. The only complaint I have is that my left knee ends up hurting. I don't feel like there is enough time to get my form good b/c you have to move quickly - thus the cardio blast. So I don't know how wise it is to continue doing it, but I like it.
I was noticing this week that I am looking a little more toned in my stomach. I need to keep my eating in check though or I will end up at an impasse. I have made the mistake of making a lot of desserts lately. Desserts aren't necessarily bad, but I have a hard time staying out of them and it gets me in the habit of eating sweets and feeds that craving.
