180 something.
Yep. That's what happens when I don't exercise for two weeks and hormones and pain invade and self controls fades. I've been feeling flabbier, but I was a little surprised that I'd gained THAT much. My body is all out of whack right now and I am not sure what end is up. I'm not sure it does either. I guess there is a reason there is a general feeling that it is harder for a body to bounce back the older it gets.
I will probably repeat myself because the brain is a bit foggy these days too, but I was diagnosed with "eustachian tube dysfunction" last Friday when I went to the doctor after spending days in pain. She looked in my ear and said, "You have bubbles in your ear!" ?!?!?! Apparently the tube in my right ear quit opening and closing the way it was supposed to to drain the fluid and bubbles were created. I am now on a nasal steroid as well as a regiment of ibuprofen and tylenol to keep the pain at bay. I had been alternating them about every 3 hours, but today I could go longer so I assume this is progress. On the other side though, I am feeling more congested in my sinuses than I did last week. So either the fluid is draining from my ear and filling my sinuses, or the congestion is a gift from this beautiful land of cherry blossoms.
