Day 2

I spent the morning trying to figure out the fastest workout to do and managed to spend more time procrastinating than if I'd have just done the cardioX video :/ By the time everyone was out of the house it was already 8:45 am, so I did dishes then made the mistake of looking something up on the computer and checking facebook (and MFP - my new addiction :p). Finally at 9:55 I started doing leg lifts and situps on the bed while watching videos. I did a total of about 15 minutes of various calisthenics. It really doesn't amount to much, but it is better than nothing. It's the most my abs have been worked on in months so it is better than nothing. My legs are still sore from yesterday. It is my intent to do the 5 mph/30 min on the treadmill tomorrow. I also want to make it to the grocery store before Aaron gets out so I really need to stay on top of things.

Matthew requested I take Aaron to the art museum tomorrow because that is his number one request every time an outing is mentioned. It never occurred to me to take him while Jared is in school. Isn't that sad?!

Here is how my food intake panned out today. I didn't end up eating breakfast and didn't drink as much water either. My fat went through the roof as a result of 9 Chili's tortilla chips. Isn't that awful?! But they are SO good!!

If every day were like today...   You'd weigh 176.8 lbs in 5 weeks
