I am still trying to get back into the exercise habit, but little by little I am getting there. Two or three times this week I got on the Wii and did some of the Wii Fit games. Yesterday I did the advanced step three times - one of those with a raised step. Wooh I was breathing hard at the end of it! Today I spent most of the day shopping so I wasn't munching on junk food (til the evening. boo) and was doing a lot of walking (yay). I am getting closer and closer to being ready to a video. I think I will start with my 20 min exercise video b/c I want to do plyo jumps but not have to do the 45 min CardioX to get them.
Another positive note, when I weighed myself the first time I got on the Wii this week I'd gained two pounds, but it was also late at night and right after we had dinner. The following morning I weighed again and I'd lost the two pounds. So, my weight isn't changing much even if my physique is. Hopefully as I get back into exercising though I can shape that excess easy enough.
