Today's Food

 Actually maxed out the iron and leveled out the protein! Amazing. I still have a few calories, but I just don't know how to get the calcium without adding more carbs :/ I could drink a glass of milk but it would look like this:


A big chunk of my iron came from a bowl of shredded wheat. 90 (whatevers) of iron! Wow! I wonder what kind of iron I would get from wheatberries...

My other big nutrient dense meal was an egg omelet: 2 eggs scrambled in milk, topped with spinach, cheese, ham, colored bell peppers and spiced with salt, pepper, and basil (key flavoring). I made it for breakfast and then needed a big chunk of protein and calcium at the end of the day so I made another one. I really need to explore some other options so I can have more variety in my menu.
