Backlog

I have the time and disposition, so I'm going to do a massive update. I know I am way behind.

Here are my weights for the last few weeks:

May 1 - 155.9
May 8 - 154.8
May 15 - 157.6

Ouch. So I was starting a really good trend for a few weeks, but Matthew was gone with the boys and I indulged myself quite willingly. So, this week I obviously gained and regained my lack of self-control. My knees were really bothering me too, so I was hesitant about doing my exercise videos. I did do a lot of yard work though, so I am proud of that (and man was I sore!!).

This week I plan on doing better. I did my strength training yesterday and the cardio today. It was the first time I've done the cardio in at least a week/week and a half. whew!! I needed that. I hate the lunges, but I love the ballet routine at the beginning. I had the weird experience of actually feeling the cravings ooze out of me - specifically Swedish fish. Isn't that funny?!
