Ok, I'm a few days late, but here's how things stand with my weight:
Before I left, I weighed 150.8 on July 17th and 151.5 on July 18th. August 14th I was up to 156.7, but by Sunday, the 15th, I was down to 154.5. I weigh myself on the off scale every day, and until today I've been dropping. My guess is that it's all 'water-weight' because it's leaving my system so fast. I'm sure it helps that I've been more active since I've been home (and I'm not being fed delicious home cooked meals or fast food every day). Unfortunately (but not surprising) the extra padding I came home with isn't disappearing, but I'm hoping that will come off when we start walking again next week. yay! I'm secretly hoping that once we start walking regularly again I'll be able to drop these extra pounds quickly and even break the 150 barrier while I'm at it. We'll see though.
