Weigh in - 157.2. Ugh!! Very disappointing considering just moments earlier I weighed on the 'off' scale at 152.6. Although the actual pounds are off, it is usually accurate in the direction my weight is headed. I guess all the bad eating has caught up. Unfortunately it's not going to improve over the next week with my birthday being on Tuesday and we already have plans to go to Chikfila for lunch. *sigh* The good news is that when I go up I tend to be jolted back into a stricter regiment.
I know a lot of this bad eating is because I'm not cooking our dinners. I realized the other day when I was posting my recipes that I quit making dinner when our dishwasher went out of service. Having to wash the dishes by hand really makes being in the kitchen a drudgery.
